While you may find a package that generally speaks to your needs below, please know that we facilitate collaboration in defining the needs of your organization, to deliver a truly customized solution.
INTERIM
For organizations that do not have an integrator and need the expertise of one. This service is offered 3 months to 18 months +.
COACH
For organizations that have an integrator that wants to hone their craft. This service is offered for a minimum of 3 months and for any extension of time necessary after.
MENTOR
For organizations that have a brand new integrator. We assist in system modeling, paying close attention to details to guide effectively, all to set your new integrator up for success. This service is offered for 3 months and often starts immediately after Focus Day (but could begin a date after).
SOLOPRENEUR
When your organization is growing, identifies the need for structure but not quite big enough for large-scale systems, and needs guidance to get to the right place. When you aren't quite ready for an implementer and you don't want to initiate internal systems that may become detrimental as you grow to 10 employees or more, this service was designed with you in mind. Our Solopreneur service is offered for a timeline determined based on the needs of the organization.
