With over 25 years of both business ownership and teaching in the educational space, I genuinely see the best in people, and this extends to the success of my practice. The experience I've obtained allows me to quickly identify assets, liabilities, and opportunities within an organization. I have served in both the integrator and visionary seats in a variety of industries, and serving in these different capacities has allowed me the ability to not only lead teams effectively, but foster a level of growth and success that many with unvaried experience cannot.

My superpower realization truly started in our home as it became the epicenter of education. I homeschooled our eight children but also ran an educational services business with my partner, Mike. After reading the book Traction by Gino Wickman I became motivated to incorporate the ideas and strategies into our business, took ownership of the integrator seat, and began work with the leadership. The impact?
We experienced operational and communication efficiency, we were able to leverage our core values and measurables to be more decisive and swift when it came to hiring and firing, and
we were ultimately able to streamline our business for growth. After stepping away from the business, I recognized that EOS® spoke to me, so much so that I became an independent fractional integrator so that I could use my passion, experience, and superpower to help other business owners incorporate the system into their company.​
